Delete your account and data

If the account has no linked email, send the player nickname and player ID. We may ask for a reasonable in-app or device-based verification step to prevent somebody else from deleting the account. Never send a session token, recovery key or verification code by email.

What will be deleted

Once the request has been verified and completed, the account will no longer be usable. The deletion covers personal data associated with that account, including:

• Player profile, nickname and linked email information.
• Sessions and account access or recovery associations.
• Points, inventory, cards, decks, wildcards, offerings, loadout and preferences stored on the server.
• Account-linked matchmaking, match, replay and reward records, either by deletion or irreversible anonymisation where appropriate.

Data that may be retained

Limited records may be retained only where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Aggregated or irreversibly anonymised information may also remain because it no longer identifies the player.

Residual copies may remain in protected backups until their ordinary rotation. They are not restored for normal service use after a valid deletion request.

Timing and confirmation

Requests are handled without undue delay and within the deadlines required by applicable law. We will confirm receipt, request any strictly necessary verification and notify the requester when the deletion has been completed or if a limited legal retention requirement applies.

Deleting only local app data

Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes local data from that device but does not delete the server account. Use the request method above, or the in-app account deletion option when shown in the installed version, to delete the account and associated server data.
